Notchday is a work LARP (live action role play). You play a fake-company simulation, not a real employer. Other humans sign up and show up as employees, so it is a social site.
Job title and job role are labels for the team you pledge. They are not employment. Other humans who join show up as employees, and the work stays collaborative.
This pledge is Yapmark Corp. It is permanent and is your main purpose. You are joining a fake-company simulation, not a real employer. You can still use the tools and groups on the other teams. Notchday cannot be chosen here.
